OK friends ! still freezing around here. Time for me to prepare my last (maybe) Swiss Vacherin Fondue (the only & best one) of the season (not so sure if the last one or not).
there it is (once again), what you need, how to prepare. get ready...

Hmmm...I almost forgot, you'll won't be able to find that kind of cheese outside of Gruyère land (3 different kinds of vacherin cheese is needed... old - like me, average - like you, and young - like my children)
 

 

préparation pour 2 personnes 400g.
verser 2.1dl d'eau dans un caquelon.
ajouter le vacherin.
chauffez à feu doux constant en brassant.
la fondue ne doit pas boullir !
si vous trouvez votre fondue trop épaisse, rajoutez un peu d'eau tiède.
ajouter ail, poivre selon vos goûts.
cette fondue se mange tiède.

En bref : équipé d'un nouveau système de propulsion silencieux appelé "la chenille" qui le rend indétectable, le sous-marin "Octobre rouge" est le fleuron de la marine soviétique.
Nombreux stands avec glaces, crêpes...mais aussi fondues et raclettes.
